Reservation Policies

When booking, it is necessary to pay an advance of 30% of the total price of the stay. The rest of the payment should be paid by bank transfer, at least 30 days before arrival.

Payment should be made by bank transfer to the bank account of Villa Amari no later than 24 hours from the delivery of the pro forma invoice to your email address.

If the reservation is made less than 30 days from the date of arrival, the total amount of the stay should be paid by bank transfer.

The price includes VAT, tourist tax, all other taxes, and all the villa facilities listed in its description.

A refundable damage deposit of € 300 in cash will be collected on arrival and returned to you on your checkout if there is no damage done to the property.

Villa Amari reserves the right to refuse, cancel or change a reservation if there has been an abuse of the reservation system or it was made by an obvious mistake of the user.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation 31 days or more from the date of arrival, 30% of the total price of the stay will be charged.

In case of cancellation 30 days or less from arrival, 100% of the total price of the stay will be charged.
