Failure to comply with the house rules may result in cancellation of the reservation and payment of the full price of the stay, regardless of any previous forced departure. Throughout your stay, for all the information and assistance, we are at your service, and important contacts and emergency numbers are listed in the welcome book.
On the first day of your stay, you can check in from 16:00 to 20:00. Please check out by 10:00 on the last day of your stay so that the Villa can be cleaned and ready for guests coming after you. If the guest arrives at the booked accommodation after 20:00 on the day of arrival, he is obliged to announce a late arrival in advance. In order to be able to register your stay, upon arrival at the Villa, please present personal documents for all persons (passports or identity cards) and a voucher if the arrival is through an agency.
Please keep your accommodation clean and tidy during your stay. Detailed cleaning and tidying is done by the host with each new guest check-in.
Towels, kitchen towels, toilet paper, toiletries, cleaning and washing of dishes and clothes, deck chairs and parasols are at guests ’disposal. Bed linen is included in the price. Guests staying longer than 7 days receive clean linen every 7 days. Guests receive one large towel, two medium towels and one pool towel per person. Multiple towels are available on request.
Villa Amari is not obligated or responsible for organizing free time and animating guests.
Guests are obliged to take care of their belongings and valuables left in the Villa, and the owner is not responsible for their eventual loss. A safe is at guests’ disposal, and we will do everything in our power to protect you and warn you of possible dangers. We also ask that you do not leave your valuables in cars. When leaving the Villa, turn off electrical appliances (except possibly one or two lights) and be sure to close taps, windows and lock doors.
Please do not leave the air conditioner on (or properly adjust it) unnecessarily or while outside and do not use it with open windows and doors. During bad weather or before leaving the house, close the parasols on the terrace.
It is not allowed to bring any weapons, illegal drugs, flammable and explosive substances and things that have a strong and unpleasant smell.
In the absence of the guest, the owner or staff, unless otherwise agreed, has no right to enter the Villa. The exceptions are the special circumstances that make it necessary to enter – for the sake of danger and to prevent damage. The owner is obliged to inform the guest about their entry in their first subsequent contact.
In case of justified suspicion of the host that the damage was done, the guests are obliged to allow him to enter the Villa to check the situation.
During their stay, guests can use all available devices in the house, following the instructions for proper use found in the Welcome Book/under the TV. The use of equipment and appliances that are not part of the home offer (such as a fan) is only allowed with the prior approval of the host, which does not apply to electrical appliances for personal hygiene.
Smoking is not allowed, as well as lighting candles. Smokers are asked to use the outdoor area or terrace as a smoking area, using an ashtray. It is forbidden to throw rubbish in toilet bowls, washbasins and other places that are not intended for that, which includes the yard and the immediate vicinity of the house.
It is only allowed to light a fire in the outdoor grill, so please pay special attention when using it. Before leaving the house, make sure the fire is extinguished and do not let it go unattended. The wood used to light the fire outdoors is not provided by the host, but you can request it and it will be charged extra.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
We ask guests to keep the rented accommodation unit and treat the furniture and furnishings in the interior and exterior of the house with care. It is not allowed to move furniture from one room to another or take equipment from the interior to another accommodation unit, outside the house or to the pool (chairs from the kitchen to the terrace, utensils for preparing and consuming food to another accommodation unit, towels or blankets from the apartment to the pool and Fig.). Please do not consume food and drink in the bedrooms.
The host provides regular cleaning of the pool, in case of need or as agreed with the guests. Use of the pool is at your own risk. Its depth is 1.40 m. Jumping into the pool and running near it is prohibited. Please do not bring into the pool things that are not intended for the same. We appreciate that after entering the pool you do not enter the house wet and do not sit on the interior furniture in wet or damp clothes or bathing suits.
A guest who inadvertently or intentionally causes damage or damage to property is responsible for bearing the damage.
According to the law “Protection against noise”, in the open space outside the accommodation, the noise level is limited to 50dB during the day (07-23h) and 40 dB at night (23-07h). Violation of this law is punishable, and a guest who does not follow the house rules and disturbs the peace can be denied accommodation. If Villa Amari cancels the accommodation due to a violation of house rules, the amount paid will not be refunded, regardless of the shortened stay.
Please take care of the greenery, the environment, the rented unit, the furniture and equipment that are part of the interior and exterior of the Villa. We are extremely grateful for that.
If you intend to be absent for two or more days, the host must be notified in advance. Persons who are not registered are not allowed to spend the night in the house or stay in it during the day, nor to use the inventory without the permission of the host.
In case of failure of the device or equipment, please notify us immediately and it will be repaired as soon as possible.
In the event of a power outage, make sure the outage is limited to your accommodation. If this is the case, turn off all tools, appliances, and electronic equipment, and keep the heating system thermostat to a minimum to prevent damage from electric shock when the power system is restored. Then check the electrical panel located on the ground floor, in the bedroom and if the switches are off, turn them on again. If the problem persists, contact the host.
If you need a baby cot and high chair, please let us know so we can provide the same.
With the beginning of the use of accommodation, it is understood that the guest is familiar with the house rules and agrees to the obligations and conditions set out here. All disputes that cannot be resolved internally
with Villa Amari will be resolved by the intervention of the police or the court in Poreč. All complaints are only taken into account if they are reported during the stay. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept subsequent complaints.
All your comments and suggestions are welcome so that we can constantly improve our facility and our service for you.
