Villa Amari, a semi-detached house, placed on an enclosed property, has a private pool of 15 sqm, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an outdoor kitchen – everything you will want or need for a pleasant stay among family and friends.
On the first floor, you can find a fully equipped, modern kitchen, ready for you to cook some of the Istrian signature dishes, a stylish dining room, and a spacious living room, where you can kick back and relax, watch your favorite movie or maybe play a game. Also, there is one bedroom and one bathroom.
The second floor has 3 super cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (with a washing machine and dryer).
On the third floor, there is also one bathroom and a big terrace from where you can enjoy sunsets and discuss your holiday plans.
Outside is a pool with a sundeck, to soak up some sun rays, and a bbq and outside kitchen, a perfect place for evening hangouts. 2 bicycles and 1 electric scooter are available for you to use.
The house is covered with high-speed wifi, fully air-conditioned, and has underfloor heating.
Bed linen and bathroom towels are included and changed once per week.
Pool heating is available from May 1st until October 31st if necessary, and water temperature is weather related.
Free covered parking is available for 2 cars.
Every bedroom and living room has a smart TV with satellite channels and Netflix.
